QuickBooks Integration End User License Agreement

This application is a private/internal integration used to connect authorized users’ QuickBooks Online company data with internal bookkeeping and reporting workflows.

The application is not sold, sublicensed, or distributed as commercial software. Access is limited to authorized users who control or administer the connected QuickBooks Online company.

By authorizing the application through Intuit OAuth, the user permits the application to access QuickBooks Online data according to the scopes approved during authorization. Access may include company information, accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, purchases, and reports, depending on the permissions granted.

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The user remains responsible for reviewing bookkeeping outputs, accounting entries, reports, tax treatment, and any financial decisions.

Users may revoke the application’s access at any time through their Intuit/QuickBooks account settings.
